Conditions of use

All manufacturers instructions should be closely adhered to for best possible results. In the case of foreign language labelling i.e. Koral kimonos and accessories and Vulkan kimonos, the manufacturer recommends that cold wash and only a cool clothes dryer ever be used. In the case of Koral, all kimonos are made to a very high standard both of quality and participation - lapel's have a synthetic insert which removes excess weight and swelling - this insert in particular can be damaged in a very hot wash or a very hot dryer.

All shipping and handling estimates are for within Australia. Please email us for an estimate for International shipping and handling. Depending on location the estimated time of delivery is 1-3 business days. We use Australia Post.

All goods may be returned for exchange only. Prior contact via email is necessary to arrange for re-delivery of new goods. Goods to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed and in new condition in original packaging.
